This article describes how to add a signature in PDF Viewer for iOS
-
Tap the annotation button to enter edit mode

Long tap on the text annotation button
-
Tap the signature icon
-
Choose either "My Signature" or "One Time Signature"
-
Sign using your finger then tap in the "Done" button
Note that you can move the signature anywhere on the page.
