The title you see in the document view is extracted from the PDF metadata, if available, and may be different to the file name.
The title you see on the tabs in the document view is extracted from the PDF metadata of the document, if available, and may be different to the file name of your document. If no document name is found in the PDF metadata, the file name of the document is used instead. We will offer an option to edit the PDF metadata in a future version of PDF Viewer.
